Is WordMaxed free to play?
Yes. The core game is free, and we occasionally test optional offers.
Do I need an account to play?
No account required. Leaderboard names are optional and saved on your device.
Why can’t I see the Daily Challenge?
If you are offline or our servers are busy, the Daily Challenge may not load. Try again later.

How to report a bug

To help us fix issues quickly, include the following in your message:

If you are not sure about the app version, you can find it in the game’s Settings menu or on the title screen (look for version text). If you still can’t find it, just say “unknown” and we’ll work with what you can provide.

Save / restore help

If a run didn’t save, check your connection and make sure the game fully finishes syncing before closing it. If the issue persists, send us the approximate time of the run and your leaderboard name (if set).

Daily Challenge / Leaderboard troubleshooting

These features require a network connection. If you are offline or the service is busy, you may see an error. Please retry later, or try switching between Wi-Fi and cellular data to refresh the connection.
